Return & Refund Policy

At Beamly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo/video. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

Refunds

As we offer Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You may also choose an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective or wrong items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
